Return Process

Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a return, replacement, or refund is appropriate based on the nature of the perishable goods.

If a return is required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to package the items to maintain their integrity.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is received or your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
